There was no explosion on the roof but there was a real problem with the roof (just a lttle hint)

I think manager was too heavy for this roof so the roof did not withstand of his weight and was broken. The manager fell inside and there was an explosion of laughter of everyone who saw it.

The explosion in this story has another nature.
