Some days ago my boss snaped at me (unfairly ), because he was nervous, and we fell out with him.(может здесь надо Perfect?)
He said, he would give me the sack after my vacation (in 3 weeks).

Now he behaves as usially, even more friendly. Talks about his life and etc. I think he is ashamed. But he doesn't say I am sacked (is it correct?) or not. So I am waiting for my vacation.

Fell out in Past simple is OK. In the beginnign of the sentence you said "some days ago" and that's the main reason.

We do something usually but AS usual./ Is it clear?

I'm a secretary. I don't like this job, because it is unsuited for my character. I wanted to work untill a maternity leave because my salary is good. But I will not be distressed if my boss sack me in actual fact.

Please pay atention to the following:

Вместо "in actual fact" you should say In fact OR Actually and place it in the beginning of the sentence

And what kind od company are you working for?

This is a big and rich company. It's owner is олигарх He is one of a hundred of "the richest persons of Russia" (The Forbes magazine). And my boss is a top-manager in this company.
