I've often wondered how others handle looking up unfamiliar words in the dictionary. I read English fiction with good proficiency following the story without a dictionary, breezing by unfamiliar words or working them out by context. I'd say I know 75% of the words in these kinds of books, but I'd like to get to much higher level. Stopping to look up every unknown word interrupts the flow of reading, and becomes tedious. How do others handle this?
